Oxytech's new temperature strips are perfect for monitoring the temperature your oven is reaching while baking. Supplied as a pack of 10 self-adhesive stickers capable of reading from 171oC up to 249oC (340oF up to 480oF), you'll be able to quickly and easily ensure the perfect bake-job thanks to the colour strip changing from silver through orange, and finally to black.
