Returns policy

 Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from invoice date, but special orders CANNOT be returned. Products must be returned unused, still sealed and in original packaging. 

ALL RETURNS will incur a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original invoice amount, or a minimum charge of $35.00 (plus GST). Shipping/freight fees, re-packing surcharges and additional charges are non-refundable.
