How to care for powder coat
Keeping your powder coated parts clean is central to ensuring the coating lasts a long time and always looks its best. The vibrant colours and range of textures and finishes powder coating offers over traditional wet paints means they've found favour in recent decades as a decorative finish, not just a hard-wearing industrial top-coat.
While powder coatings are traditionally harder-wearing than most wet paint alternatives, they still need to be washed regularly with a good quality soap in ordinary water. Do not use solvents on powder coat.
